Water Project

The water project are working in Kenya, Burkina, Sierra, Ucanda. Their objective is to unlock human potential by making buildings and communities to provide people who don’t have access to fresh water and proper sanitation.

Last week we had to do a pepeha, and had to say in front of the class. If you said it with your Chromebook or paper then you got a lollie. If you said it without your Chromebook then you got a chocolate, Then if you said it without your Chromebook and with perfect pronunciation you got a prize and a chocolate.

Miss Kelly

Last week our student teacher Miss Kelly left. For the last day our class decided we would do a shared lunch and watch a movie. The movie we watched was The Croods even though I have watched it hundreds of times it was still fun

Science Task

On Monday 5th August 2019 we did a science task and had to pick one to do. I picked the easiest one to do besides task five task six was pretty easy it was questions about the moon so task six and 5 were really easy.

Rock Candy Science Experiment

For science me and my group decided to make rock candy

our first one failed, we watched the video again to figure out why it didn't work.

we re watched the video and we figured out why it didn't work,

it didn't work because we didn't let the water boil enough and we need to make the stick not touch the bottom of the cup. we started to do our experiment again after watching the video. we followed all the steps and it worked! we were happy with our experiment. we haven't checked our rock candy yet but I hope it works.

King and Queen run 2019

In 21st of June my school and a few other schools took part in the King and Queen fun run 2019. We had to run up One Tree Hill and down One Tree Hill, after the run we had a barbecue
